Upon completion of your successful ticket purchase, you will be directed to an order confirmation page which will contain thanking note to use our service and provide you with an order confirmation number. A few minutes after your purchase you will receive confirmation SMS & Email that will contain summary of you order along with E-ticket.
If for some reason you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your “junk” and/or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error.
Customer is supposed to give information about his/ her requirements. These requirements include seat preferences. Moreover, some personal details are also required i.e. Name, Phone#, Email and CNIC.
